Meaningful Stone

김뜻돌은 MZ세대를 대표하는 뮤지션답게, 2015년 유튜브에 직접 만든 뮤직비디오와 자작곡으로 화제를 모았다. 이후 2017년 첫 싱글 <꿈속의 카메라>로 정식 데뷔하였으며, 2019년 싱글 <사라져>를 기점으로 평단으로부터 주목받기 시작했다. 김뜻돌은 정규 1집 <꿈에서 온 전화>의 제작부터, 발매, 단독 공연 개최까지 직접 진행하였으며, 공연은 순식간에 매진되었다. 이로서 김뜻돌은 인디 아티스트로서의 저력을 보여주었으며, 해당 앨범으로 2021년 한국대중음악상 신인상을 수상하였다. 2021년 EP <COBALT>로 록 싱어송라이터의 노선을 확실히 보여주었고, 90년대 얼터너티브 록 사운드를 21세기 청춘의 언어로 재해석했다. 해당 작품은 대중과 평단의 극찬을 받았으며, 타이틀곡 '비 오는 거리에서 춤을 추자'는 2022 제19회 한국대중음악상 최우수 모던록 노래 부문에 노미네이트되었다. | As a musician who represents the MZ generation, Meaningful Stone grabbed the public's attention with a selfmade song and a music video uploaded on YouTube in 2015. She officially debuted in 2017 with her first single <꿈속의 카메라>, and the critics started to notice her talent since the single <사라져> in 2019. ‍ Meaningful Stone presented her ability as an indie artist in 2020. From creating and releasing the first album <꿈에서 온 전화> to holding a solo concert, she completed every part by herself. Afterwards, she received the New Artist Award, and the solo concert was sold out in the blink of an eye. In 2021, Meaningful Stone let the public know her path as a singer-songwriter with the EP <COBALT>. She re-defined the 90's alternative rock sounds as the memory of the 21st century youth. This EP drew high praise from the public and the critics, and the title track '비 오는 거리에서 춤을 추자' nominated the Best Modern Rock Track Award at the 2022 Korean Music Award.
